[NTLK] 2026 Windows 11 Connectivity ?

Hi all. Can anyone point me to the right set of steps to sync my eMate (Notes, Word Processing, Spreadsheet) with Windows 11 machines in 2026?

I'm looking for the variant of the "analog bag" trend by keeping an eMate in the bag for distraction-free writing and note taking. My hangup is that in 2026 with only access to Windows 11 devices, I can't seem to get the connectivity puzzle solved.
