[NTLK] [Admin] Mailing List Settings Test

Hello everyone.

I am adjusting a couple of settings on the mailing list software related to how the Reply-To: field is handled. I am hoping this might mitigate some of the massive bouncing issues I’m seeing with mac.com, me.com, and icloud.com accounts.
