[NTLK] Transferring notes with Einstein

So here is a question to the modern Newton and Einstein users about notes and transferring them around in the 2020s.
So here is where I am so far:
Thanks to NewtonFan's USB to serial cable I have legacy Newtons connecting and sharing the notes that are brought over from a NCX connection. I drag the note off to the side, open it up, copy the text and paste the text where I want it, like I did this message from my eMate.
This has been handy as I have brought over messages from legacy Newtons to my Mac/NCX and then I can connect to an Einstein Newton through NCX and paste those messages into the Einstein environment using the keyboard and paste option.
At current, if I want to get a message off a NewtonOS device/environment, the legacy device is the best way because at this time, there is no practical way, that I have found yet, that notes can be transferred back to NCX. I hope this can change or someone has advice of something I've missed?
At this time, the best solution for getting messages from Einstein to a Mac would be screen shotting the Einstein screen and then running the shot/image through a program/image search engine like Yandex to have it detect text in the image.
A solution at least, and in the Newton chats I think someone demonstrated this is what they did at least then. Just not as practical as being able to transfer a message back to NCX.
Truthfully as Einstein is becoming an organizer app of sorts for modern computer environments it would be nice if copying and pasting from Einstein to the host computer could be possible, much like copying from a virtual connection to a host computer.
