[NTLK] System Patch package on Flash Card or Beam/wifi install?

I have a Newton I mostly use for development and it only has a dock
connector, my others have the serial boards in them with the 8 pin
connectors.  I have ordered parts to make Matthias dock project but haven't
gotten everything yet.

Is there a way to Beam the new patch or put on a flash card so that I can
update the system with a patch?

I have a wifi card and all the drivers on it as well as the packages to
download but when I download the package file (from my local webserver) it
only gives me an option to file it.  I am using courier, nhttplib, and
IC/VC to attempt this.  It only gives options to log once downloaded in the
inbox.

Getting back into daily driving my Newtons again now that I have USBC
charging and it's literally the only device I have ever owned that can
recognize my writing with minimal errors.
