[NTLK] Dock TCP/IP [Was: Einstein and old data]

Dock TCP/IP adds a new connection mode to the Newton Dock. When selected, you specify in its prefs the IP address of the computer hosting NCX. It also provides the port number needed to connect to NCX through the host‘s firewall (if enabled).

NIE must be configured for ethernet (or presumably Wi-Fi).
