Thank you Vladislav.  Hope you're server isn't being hit too hard.  I'm downloading it now and will put it in a Dropbox folder that can provide high bandwidth to whoever wants it.  Currently says it'll be about 35 minutes at 2.4 MBps.  So I'll have it up tonight.
