Well, I intended to write saying I'd downloaded everything and made it available at <insert link here>.  But Mega is behaving terribly.  I have an up-to-date account because I occasionaly get some benefit from it, but today, after starting off at a nice, reasonable 50MBps (yes, B, not b), it launched into a nice demonstration of Zeno's paradox, with progress diminishing to zero near the end, and there it still sits.  I tried it from a different account and got the same result except while I wasn't looking the little download window went away, as if it had finished, but there are no new files in Downloads, Desktop, or anywhere I can find, and Mega doesn't have a record of me having downloaded anything in its logs.  Sheesh.

I'm trying now to download it in JDownloader2, but it's hung there as well.  Actually, I just increased the number of chunks per download and the number of downloads per host and have at least temporarily tickled it back into activity.  Fingers crossed.

I have one other idea which is to have Mega copy the data to my Mega account, so at least there's hope of retrieving it eventually.

Anywho, I'm trying.

P.S. JDownloader2 alerted me to some missing files that will likely be an issue even if the download works.  The NewtDraw.pkg, NCU Installieren.pkg, and Archive.sit appear to be missing one or two pieces each.  (<name>.0 and in one case also <name>.1)
