[NTLK] Question about Newtopoly

I was wondering if anyone had registration information for the Newtopoly
game by Bernie Bernstone? The website used to be located here:

I ask because I can't seem to find a way to reach out to the developer
directly and I may have accidentally used an inactive/dormant PayPal link.
I've recently got into Newton stuff with the Einstein emulator and have
been finding so many gems.

If no one has registration information, might someone have a way to reach
out to Bernie directly?

Any help would be amazing.
