[NTLK] NotePhone base unit PCB Front & Back

I'm wondering if anyone has a scan of the NotePhone base unit PCB Front &
 Back?
I have my unit in storage and a thought came to mind that these units have
a problem that is known where the SwitchHook seems to go to Off Hook State
even when the handset is on the base unit.

I'm wondering if anyone can decipher the PCB and confirm which part is
the SwitchHook electronics because this seems to be the part in question
causing the Off Hook State for these the base unit. Wondering if replacing
the SwitchHook electronic part would resolve the issue.
