[NTLK] Error with Sony power adapter SCP-114

I just measured my Sony SCPH-113 using an analog Micronta multimeter with a fresh battery installed. The reading was on the high edge of the 7.5 vdc tick mark, but way less than a 7.6 vdc reading would have been.
