For Newton power supplies, in order:

Sony SCPH-112 without the “A” (100V 50/60Hz) with Japanese plug.
Sony SCPH-113 (120V 60Hz only) with foldable US plug.
Sony SCPH-114 (220-240V 50/60Hz) with the plug for continental Europe.
And the Sony SCPH-112A (100-240V 50/60Hz) with the European plug.
Sony SCPH-115 (220-240V 50/60Hz) with the UK plug.
Sony SCPH-116 (220-240V 50/60Hz) with the Australian plug.

On the Newton side, the plug has the same dimensions as the Apple Newton 9W AC adapter.
The advantage is that the plug is angled, making it less fragile for the MessagePad.
The “+” is in the center, with 7.5V and 2A of power, so it will heat up less!
And with a ferrite on the cable to prevent interference from reaching the Newton...
