[NTLK] NCX backup interruption

I did not manage to make a full backup with NCX. My Newton always cuts the connection when the system soup is backed up. It doesn’t matter whether I initiate the backup from NCX or the Newton. With the latter the connection is more stable though. I tested it on a M1 Mac and an old MacBook Pro. Same problem.

All other functions of NCX work. I can install packages, transfer data and type with the computer keyboard. The connection is rock solid. Except when a backup should be created. It never runs through. Any idea?
