The patch remover can't actually be uninstalled, it just removes all 
patches which have been installed and reverts the Newton to the 
original state.

I suppose the reboot loop is caused by the Y2010 bug, so you'd have to 
set the time on that Newton to e.g. 2007.

I just sent you the patch candidate for the MP2100D though, so if you 
can get that onto the MP2100D, you could see if that fixes the problem.
