[NTLK] Einstein, Windows, and NIE

Has anyone got Einstein on Windows to work with NIE?  Trying to get Newtscape going for one, but so far nothing.  I do have the packages installed from Newton Essentials under help, and configured (manual IP instead of DHCP which is what I used to do with my Newt).

Then I tried DHCP and I did get NIE connecting but then got "opening link an error occurd. try" but doesn't say exactly what the error is.

Anyway I figure I am missing something.
