[NTLK] Updating Patch 712000 experiences

I recently got around to updating my Newton MessagePad 2100 to Patch 712000. The process took a few extra steps, so I wrote an article to help others and to remind future me if I have to go through this process again. All is well now, and my physical MessagePad 2100 and emulated Newtons are all working in 2025 now.
