My screen assemblies have the following markings:
* BB452L00001036 (Code 39 barcode)
* GATE-F 26/10/93 (Printed on the circuit board, possibly the manufacturing date?)
* 9415 (Part of the traces on the bottom connector board, another date stamp? 15th week of 1994?)
* 1.8432 is printed on the crystal, which I’ll assume is Mhz
There is no other obvious markings, other than numbers on the various chips.

I’m starting to think that these screen assemblies are for the MP110/120.
There’s a “new old stock” replacement for the MP130 being sold by the Gem Enterprises folks on eBay:

My assemblies do not have the extra power wires for the backlight, but otherwise have the same circuit board. The date stamp on the circuit is the same, except that “GATE-F” is “GATE-G” on the eBay version. The number on the connector traces is also different. If this is also a date stamp, the “9821” may indicate the later manufacturing date as a replacement part for the MP130 models.
