[NTLK] NCX backup interruption

Well, make sure you change the baud speed on the Newton AND NCX when you 
do that.

Also Steffen, respect on the problem of getting stuck at the system 
soup.  I had that happen again the other day, and I'll be honest, after 
multiple tries, changing the speed, and deleting items in the system 
soup (with RemoveIt) that I no longer needed, things were still not 
going through.

Most of the time I've gotten the backup to work, but if there are any 
additional thoughts on how to defeat the System soup blockage, I would 
like to hear it.
