[NTLK] Looking for the Sound2Pkg application

I haven't, and for what it's worth, I checked my copies of various 
archives and I searched pretty hard on archive.org.  What can I say, I 
love a good mystery.

Looking at the source code for that archived web page, the link to the 
sound2pkg/ sub-directory looks to have been intentionally commented out. 
Maybe it was never released?

And there are no actual captures on archive.org of his earlier website 
(mentioned in the Pict2Pkg readme file), only redirects to this site.

Too bad my time machine's broken, again ;)
