[NTLK] NewtCOM Dongle Update

Hi there,

it's been busy during the last weeks. Unfortunately not with Newton stuff, but in my regular job. 

I did get a little bit of feedback from the the first batch, and it seems that that the data transfer works well in all cases. The connector works ok. I will look out for an alternative. Powering the Newton from the dongle is not reliable. The diodes can't deal with the power requirements for anything but the bare MessagePad and give up permanently.

For the next version of the dongle, I will get a different connector, hoping it's the better choice, and a different diode. If there is anyone who can look over the circuit and recommend a diode or has other suggestions for improvement, it's greatly appreciated.

I will try to get my order out to JLCPCB for new boards on the weekend. They take two weeks to manufacture, so assembly would be in September.
