[NTLK] Updated my Clarus the DogCow app

So, I've updated my Clarus the DogCow app.

*Changelog:*
* Now requires NewtonOS 2.1
* Using GetSoundFrame instead of GetSound11 which results in higher quality
sound playback of the Moof! sound
* Added Info button, thanks to the code from
https://github.com/experimental-interface-lab/newtonmovieplayer. It was
super useful!
* Added About pop-up view with protoInfoButton
* Added Dogcow & Moof! trademark information in About view
