[NTLK] Clarus the Dogcow App for Newton

I know I forgot to do something. I was going to message you all about my
making this but totally forgot 🤣 Please let me know if there are any
issues with the app as it's my first one for the Newton and I only have the
Einstein emulator to test it with 🙂👍
