[NTLK] Einstein Maintenance Release 2024.4.21

Hi folks,

just to let you know, there is a maintenance release of Einstein on GitHub now: https://github.com/pguyot/Einstein/releases/tag/v2024.4.21

There are no new features, but mostly updates to build system and quality control. The Monitor has now a true terminal window again, and Einstein now runs on ARM64 Windows machines. The binary is in the distribution.
