[NTLK] 2x00 battery rebuild

 From what i found while doing my pack: there is a resistor in the 
negative path going to the side contact and between cell 2 and 3 on the 
other end of the pack there lives a kind of polyfuse. unfortunately mine 
is corroded beyond recognision, but the plastic cover bears the info: 
OH5L and L19. i thinkt it is a polyfuse, but i could be mistaken.
