That page can take you to the youtube video, he does a nice job showing all the steps, and the tight spaces in the MP2100 battery pack.  Strangely, he decided to not replace the current-limiting component, but he does keep the temperature thermistor.

He does post a link to Frank's web site, which is what he used to learn how to rebuild the battery pack.
