Hi Eric,
True story: I took up learning mobile device programming in the late 00s
specifically to try to learn Newt OS so I could crack Newthack. I am a
great lover of nethacks and a lover of all things Newton. I managed to
learn Objective C, and make a pretty popular iOS app (way back when apps
were new), but I never managed to figure out a way to unlock Newthack. If
you make any headway in this quest, please let me know. I'd dig out my MP
to celebrate, for sure.
For the rest of you: I think I have been on the list since that time and
have maybe posted 3x. Thanks for carrying on the Newton conversations vis a
vis poutine etc! It's nice to have a nearly daily reminder of all the fun I
had with my MPs over the years.
Best,
Joe
