[NTLK] NIE and external store

At the GNUM, there was a discussion about NIE and using it on the external store and it might be necessary to hack NIE to do so.  I couldn't remember for certain so I didn't say anything but I did some checking and I indeed used NIE on a external store.  I used EEUnprotect, which if you have it installed on your Newton, it ignores the "protect" flag on packages allowing you to move them to a different store or export them (or even backup using say SBM utilities).

If I recall correctly, NIE worked fine from an external store/card.  But it is protected and it won't let you install it to anything but internal.  But after that (with tricks) you can move it elsewhere.
