Newton Works doesn’t directly support importing or exporting of any file formats, other than Newton Works documents. It requires desktop software that utilizes the Claris XTND architecture. Whether you’re using NCU or eMate Classroom Exchange or the Newton Works Converter program, you’re going to limited to what formats are supported according to which XTND translators are installed on the host computer.
