This string is for the easter egg found in the Timezones slip. I thought it was only found in Newton OS 1.x, but it must be hidden in NOS 2.x as well.

Go to the Timezone map, and tap in the North-West Atlantic, near the Titanic, there's an entry in the city list for "Middle of Nowhere".
