[NTLK] Looking for Newton Rechargeable Battery Pack for 2000/2100 in mint condition

Last I heard the tolerances are really hard to get and have the material hold up.  But perhaps this has been fixed.  And I agree, a battery tray is a better option as you can swap in a new set of rechargables at any point instead of plugging in and waiting for it to charge.  Also keep in mind a "new" battery pack may not hold much of a charge since they were made in 1998 or so.  And may not hold a charge at all, depending.  Of course they can be rebuilt, but then I would get a used/old one as they are easier/cheaper to get.

Unless you are a collector, then I understand perfectly. :)
