[NTLK] Einstein 2020.4.13 released for MacOS, Windows, and Linux

Thanks. I found out that this is related to a change in the MacOS API 
that causes FLTK to misbehave. The bug was fixed, but I am not yet sure, 
how far back-compatible the fix is.

I published a new version of Einstein for Big Sur, downloadable as usual 
here:

So two things would be helpful for me: if you use Big Sur, please test 
if this works for you now. If not, leave me a new note.

If you have an earlier MacOS version, please check the MacOS11 version 
and let me know if it is back compatible, and what version of OS X you 
are using. The MacOS10 version should of course still work as well.
