I can give you 99% that this card will NOT work with Newton. I have a few of them in the box (I bought them blindly a years ago xD). But to be sure, could you send me photo (front and back). I can compare it with my cards.

The biggest card I have is 24MB. So, I can’t help you with this.
I prefer to use 4-8MB cards, as Newton working faster with smaller cards.
