[NTLK] Einstein on Android on MobiScribe

I've had one of Matthias' 2019 Android version of Einstein working on a 7"
(17.7 cm) MobiScribe e-ink device (6.8" or 17.2 cm actually) for a year.
MobiScribe, however, uses Android 4.1 or 4.2, but I want to give that pass
for the moment. Speed was really good, and there's still all sorts of
changes and improvements going on to Einstein at the moment.
