Sounds like it. However, there is another “experimental” fix for devices running Newton OS 2.0, like the MP120 and 130.

Out of curiosity, what version of NOS does your MP130 have installed? Oddly enough, I just tested a two MP130s both running 2.0 (525314) and the date resets to November 1, 1995 not March 14, 1996.
