My auction just ended, and I noticed that another eBay member stole
all the photos I took of my eMate for my auction and used them to
sell their eMate.

Denoting that you have a financial tie to the auction (e.g. you're
the seller) is courteous, too, in order to avoid creating the
misleading impression that you are a disinterested party. :)
